All deposits made for appointments at Kelatic Hair Lounge are non-refundable and serve as a placeholder for your scheduled service. Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is provided prior to the original appointment time. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you fail to show up for the appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.
